Our 2 Year Warranty
We warrant that our goods will be free from defects in material or workmanship for the period of 2 years. If the goods fail to operate within 2 years from the date of purchase sellers’ liability is limited to the following option: Repair or replacement of defective goods. This warranty does not apply to defects due to negligence, shipping, abuse or misuse, accident, improper maintenance, improper installation, repairs or alterations performed by anyone other than the seller or defects in system components. We further disclaim any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. SER shall not be liable for any consequential damages or any other damages arising from the sale of goods
Returns:
In order to return an item you must notify us by phone or email to receive an RGA number which must be written on the box when the item is returned. Any item that receives an RGA after 30 days of purchase will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns must be received in the same condition in which they were sold i.e new in box must be returned new in box. Breakers that have had their condition changed will be voided of warranty.
